Scin biopsy specimens,the blood of the patients with generalized psoriasis were studied to investigate the efficacy of the admini stered course of immunomodulator (glucamine) in treatment of gene ralized psoriasis as well to determine some links of the disease pathogenesis. Clinical, pathomorphological, biochemical, radioim mune, radioisotope and statistical methods and ЛЮМАМ И2, Integral, 2МТ ТМЕЛ 1а, ХАМУ 1-01а, Saturn, Hittachi units were used. The role of melatonin and melanocyte-stimulating hormone in psoriasis pathoge nesis was revealed.
