Nyemchenko I. The effectiveness of treatment of purulent inflamatory processes in soft tissues by imosogent and metrocaine in complex with antioxidants

In the work for the fist time on the base of complex clinico-laboratory investigation of the patients with purulent inflamatory processes of the soft tissues of different genesis in compared there were investigated and compared the peculiarities of the course of wound process, dynamics of the lipid peroxide oxidation (POL), antioxidant protection's activity in treatment of by different methods.There was worked out the complex method of treatment of purelent wounds with the use of "immosgent", "metrocaine" fnd anti oxidant "aevit".There was determined the more expressed medical effectiveness of the oinment "metrocaine" in its complex use with "aevit".The results of investgation were inculcated into medical practice.
