Essay

The dissertation is devoted to the problems of examination and intensive care of the cases in critical states. In had been proved that character and the features of changes of metabolism and immunity depend from ethiology of critical state and are characterized by symptom-complex of Systemic Inflammatory Response Syndrome. The application of optimized active methods of intensive care of endogenous intoxication allows to decreaase the lethality level, to reduce the endotoxicosis period in sepsis, toxico-allergic dermatitis, crush-syndrome.
