Essay

This scientific work is devoted to the prophylactic of postoperative and posttransfusional complications in cesarean section patients by autologous blood transfusion usage. Clinical and statistical analysis of the postoperative cesarean section complications was carried out and conclusion about the more positive outcome was done if donor blood transfusion has been performed as to compare with non-transfusion group. The peculiarities of haemodynamic and haematological as well as biochemical, immunological and coagulative indexes were analyzed in 100 pregnant women with planned cesarean section before and after blood donation. Safety of blood donation for pregnant women as well as for fetus was proved. More positive haematological and immunological changes were observed in autologous blood transfusion group as to compare to donor or non-transfusion groups which was accompaned by decline in postoperative anemia in 1.5 and puerperal infection in 4.6 times. Protocol for autologous blood transfusion in pr egnant women was carried out.
