90 patients, 30 patients in a control group; 40 patients with endometritis and 20 women with peritonitis after cesarian section. Objectiveя: to decrease the frequency of neuroendocrine status disorders in women suffering from endometritis and peritonitis after cesarean section. Methods: clinical, laboratory, biochemical, radioimmune, computer tomography, electroencephalography. Theoretical results: it has been studied functional status of hydrothalamus-hypophis axis of brain, endocrine functions of ovaries and suprarenal glands. It was found new mechanisms of pathogenesis of postpartum neuroendocrine pathology in women with postpartum septic complications after cesarean section. It was been istablished pecularities of endocrine pathology and form of septic infection after abdominal delivery. Practical results: proposed the complex of rehabilitation with hosmonal therapy in women suffering from endometritis and peritonit after cesarean section to decrease the morbidity in women inreproductive age. Subj ect: proposed practical recomendation for rehabilitation of women with septic complications after abdominal delivery. Effectiviness: decreasing the rate of neuroendocrine disorders in women suffering from endometritis and peritonitis after cesarean section. Field: obstetrics and gynecology.
