Essay

The thesis is devoted on the problem of Shakespeare's influence on the creative work of B.Pasternak. The essence of Shakespeare's influence on Pasternak's original work is determined. The main subject, motives and images from Shakespeare's work which found response in Pasternak's poetry and prose are revealed. For the first time Pasternak's novel "Doctor Zhivago" is analyzed in the context of Shakespeare's influence on Pasternak's creation.
