Vlasov V. Еconomical and biological cultivar and root-stocks apple value in southern Polis'ye of Ukraine

Obgect of resech . Seventeen varieties, five forms of seed and four vegetatively reproductive stocks of apple - tree. Aim of research. TO pick out a set of apple - tree varieties and stocks for commercial culture in Southern Polissya of Ukraine, theuse of which provides annual crop capacity of 25-40 tons per hectare end resource of fruiting of 400-600 tons per hectare for a short period of productive use of plantations. Methods of resech and aparatus. The research was carried out with the help of method of standart field tests according to generally accepted methods of their condacting with variety studying and stock tests. Field tests were accompanied by laboratory analyses of fruit (biochemical composition, etc.) with the use of generally accepted methods and apparatus. Theoretical and practical results. Thereceived resalts enlarge the range of data about realization of genetically programed apple - tree characteristics (cold and diseaseresistance, duration of generative formation period,quality of fruit, etc.(in soil - climatic conditions of Southern Polissya. Picked out apple - tree varieties of different fruit ripening terms with long period of their keeping and realization enrich assortment of this culture in Southern Polissya, which favours the profitableness raising of apple production for 30-100 per cent in comparison with the use of divided into districts varieties. Picked out stocks allow to quicken garden fruiting for 2-3 years and secure high technology and productivity of plantations. Novelty of inculcated. Suggested for including in the Ukraine's varieties of plants register or broadening their use in Sauthern Polissia, such varieties as Delichia, Liberty, Aidared,Shafran Krasnoputsky,Rosavka, Florina, Umanske Zymove and A2,54-118, MM 106 stocks are inculcated in this region for the first time. Degree of inculcation. Production of recommended varieties are installed in KSP ' Pratsya' v.
