Cer'ogina S. Competence of the President of Ukraine: theoretikal and legal fundamentals.

Legal nature, contents, problem of normative regulation and realization of the competence of the President of Ukraine. Development of the theoretical model of the competence of the President of Ukraine and definition of an optimum gang of the authorities which necessary for effective fulfillment of President's functions. The research methods: dialectic, historical-legal, relatively- legal, structurally- functional, formal - logic, sociological, statistical. For the first time in a Ukrainian science of the constitutional law under theoretical level are analysed an essence, contents of the competence of the President of Ukraine, the comprehensive analysis of its regulation and practice of realization is made, that has allowed to offer general concept of the competence of the President of the Ukrainian State. The conclusions, formulated in a thesis, and recommendations can be used for the perfecting of the legislation about the status of the President of Ukraine, in research and scientific work, in educational process. Issuing the monography and manuals is planned. Perfecting of the current legislation about the status and competence of the President of Ukraine. The application fields: legislative, scientific and research activity, educational process.
