The thesis is devoted to a problem reconstructive of reduction treatment of patients with defeats of soft fabrics sole of a surface stops with application of a method microsurgical autotransplantation of difficult complexes of fabrics. Because of of anatomic researches the differentiated approach to selection of a method plastics and kind autotransplantation is developed. The new kinds of operating interferences for treatment and preventive maintenance trophic of disorders of transplanted fabrics are offered. The analysis of outcomes of surgical treatment 74 patients with application of diverse methods plastics of defects of a reference surface stops is proved by expediency and necessity microsurgical autotransplantation with reinervetion of transplanted fabrics.
