Frolov S. Diagnostics, treatment and rehabilitation of connected female infertility.

The work is devoted to application of a morfofunctional approach in diagnostics, shaping of homogeneous groups women with connected female infertility. The morphological features of internal genitals by laparoscopy and biopsy of ovaries, blood contents steroids and hypophysies hormones, data's of the tests of functional diagnostics of various combinations of the factors infertility are investigated. The leading role of the peritoneal factor in pathogenesis connected infertility and sequence, implying from it, rehabilitation therapy is shown. Most often hormonal violations are revealed: functional hyperprolactinemia, latent hyperandrogenemia, inphysyologycal ratio LH/FSH. The criterions of volume of interferences on ovaries during plastic operations are determined. Rehabilitation ensuring physyologycal reviled processes and a correction neurohormonal of violations with use vegetative nootrops is developed and scientifically justified.
