The thesis to be defended presents the analysis of effectiveness of different variants of physio-pharmacotherapy of patients with a duodenal ulcer, the variants offered. On the basis of the author"s own methodological approach there has been worked out a differentiated approach for the treatment of duodenal ulcer patients, depending on their clinical state, complications, the character of acid secretion dynamics through time, as well as peculiarities of the interaction of physio-pharmacotherapy and modern antisekretory, antiulcer medications. A new mode of using amplipulse-therapy to treat acute forms of a duodenal ulcer has been developed, and the expediency of electrotherapy technigues: sinusoidal modulated current, direct current, ultra-high-freguency Current.Thermal induction (bitemporal and local variants) is Grounded, taking into account their impact on different Pathogenetic links of ulcergenesis.
