3. The work establishes the effectiveness of therapy and rehabilitation of children having bronhial asthma using medical microclimate (small-dispersed dry ionized aerozol of NaCl with the air filtration) It was proved, that the first-time used 10-houd regimen of children"s suffeving from bronchial asthma stay in the conditions of curative microclimate during 15 days may improve both the direct and the distant results of therapy. Thus, the bronchial passage restores in the 10-th day, its circad biorhythms restore on the 5-th day, microbiocenosis of respiratory tract mucous membrane normalises, tolerance to phisical exersise develops, the remsssion period was over 6 months in 72,2 % of cases. The pollution by the products of Dermatophagoides life in the buildings decreases to vace-concentrations (0,05 mg|g of base).
