It was 1000 obtained that in the case of anaemia of pregnancy the significant disorders complicate delivery and postpartum period. The most heavy disorders in bleeding in postpartum period. The marked disorders are in direct dependence of degree and duration of anaemia. The clinico-mathematic model of bleeding prognosis in women with anaemia of pregnancy is worked out on computer. Pathogenetic complex therapy of anaemia of pregnancy including preparations which normalize coagulation system of blood is proposed.
