Tumanyants A. Legal control for legality and groundness of prejudicial inquiry bodies process decision.

The history of development of legal control, the essence of the court control activity as the function of legal control in criminal legal of Ukraine as well as in the establishment of the ways of improving different aspects of the legal activity, mentioned as guarantees of rights, freedom, interests, of a person and citizen. Dialectical, systematically-structural, historical, comparatively-legal, statistical, sociological, logically-judicial methods are being investigated. The basic issues of legal control at the prejudicial stage of inquiry as the institute of legal power have been investigated. The conclusions and suggestions of the author could be used in the judges, connected with the procedure, complaints examination in order of art. art. 2361-2366 of the present LPC. The edition of monograph and textbook are being planned. The legal activity, educational process as well as the creation of norms are the main spheres of usage.
