Essay

The thesis is dedicated to the questions of learning person's encephalon changes in a remote period (7-10 years) after radiation during the liquidation of cosequences on the ChNPP. This work specifies the pathogenesis of liquidator's cerebral changes. It was clinically defined and neuroimmunologic confirmed the organic nature of encephalon's injury. The disease is developed in three phases: acute, subcompensation, decompensation with chronisation. The gammaspectrometry of dead liquidator's encephalon was exposed cesium-137 (Cs137) in its structures. The results of the radiometry showed that the action of incorporative radioisotopes took place in the acute phase and preserved to the remote phase after damage. The long incorporation of radionucles in liquidator's encephalon influences on the development of postradiation encephalopathy. The factor of radiation pollution of the territory agrowates neurologic deficit in liquidator's encephalon. This circumstance postulates realisation of decisions about the ir migration from these territories
