Under defence there are 13 scientific works which contain the results of the experimental research of the processes state of peroxide oxidation of lipids, of the anti-oxidant system activity and of the exchange of cyclic nucleotids in liver, heart and blood under the experimental crush-syndrom. The pathogenic role of peroxidation process disturbances in functional disordes of various organs under the crush-syndrom has been dysplayed. The positive influence of the ionol and alfa-tocopherol complex introduction on the normalization of the processes of peroxidation and of the exchange of cyclic nucleotids under crush-syndrome has been established.
