Barvins'ka A. Functional status of haemostasis in patients with acute pancreatitis

The morphological signs of coagulation systems disturbances in the different forms and stages of acute pancreatitis' clinical course were systematized. The correlation of their laboratory, clinical and pathological signs was postulated. The informativity of the methods of the laboratory identification of haemostasis' disturbances was studied. The optimal diagnostic system - haemostasiogram - was elaborated. The dynamics of disturbances of all stages of haemostasis in patients with oedematiens and necrotic pancreatitis, the influence of operation trauma on the fibrinolytic activity was defined. The program of treatment tactics and preventive measures in patients with acute pancreatitis was elaborated.
