The thesis is dedicated to the investigation of the psycological determinants of a dialogic communication in the pedagogical captivity. Psycological factors which determine style peculiarities of the pedagogical communication are theoretically grounded and experimentally proved. The correlation between style peculiarities of the pedagogical communication and the peculiarity of the teacher's value orientation system. The level of the development of empathy and the level rigidity of the cognotion process is shown. The methods of formation of the future teacher's preparedness to the dialogic communication with pupils are worked out and approbated
