Object of research - 122 patients and 18 section supervisions of the dieed patients with psoriasis; 400 case histories. The purpose of research - establishment of infringements of homeostasis and morphogenesis of psoriasis for a substantiation of new methods of diagnostics and treatment. Methods of research and equipment - retrospective and statistical, pulsometric, ionometric, hystomorphologic; cardiograf, ionometr, microvolumes, ocularomicrometr, opt. and electr. microscops. The theoretical results and novelty - infringement of a condition vegetative nervous system are found out by application functional and pharmacological tests (emotional, orto- and antiortosatic, introduction calcium and its antagonists). The changes in the adrenal glands and heart are established. Practical results and novelty - the method of therapy of the patients with psoriasis vulogaris, including cod-liver oil and ergocalciferol derivatives is offered.
