Essay

Object of research: models of discrete elements of serendip set, hexagonal elements. The purpose of research: development of probability - geometric method of modelling of interpolational polynomials for functions of many arguments on discrete elements, construction of new models of serendip elements for computer diagnoses of physical fields, creation of a program complex for research and optimization of interpolational properties of discrete models. The methods of the theory of probabilities, calculus mathematics, applied programming and computer-generated image, IBM PC were used. Further development of probability - geometric methods of modelling of discrete elements has been received. The practical value is represented by a computer subsystem of diagnoses of physical fields of two-dimensional and three-dimensional objects. The catalogue of alternative models of a bicubic element is created for the first time which is included in library of a subsystem. A computer subsystem "Diagnostics", the scienti fic recommendations are introduced into the systems of automated designing for calculating scalar fields
