The results of clinical, laboratory-biochemical, bac-teriological, immunological and instrumental methods of the investigationof drug abusers with the postinjection purulent and inflammatory diseases of the neck have been analysed. Aethiological, pathogenetical, clinical features of this pathology are being determined. The principles of complex diagnosis, algorithm of differential treatment, the new method of surgical treatment of abscesses of neck's vessel-nervous bunch are being elaborated. High effectiveness of clinical diagnosis and surgical treatment has been proved.
