Essay

For studying of influence heart failure on course of ischemic heart disease in patients after progressive angina, there was analysed the frequency of negative events in this patients.Patients with heart failure had much more frequency of myocardial infarction and sudden death development, than patient without it. There are adding clinical and instrumental markers of event's development. The frequency of cardiac event developed from the type of left ventricular dysfunction. The treatment recomendations were stated in dependence from left ventricular state.
