Gertsev M. Cerebral venous pathology in acute period of the easy closed craniocerebral trauma and way of its correction

It's surveyed 125 patients in acute period of the easy closed craniocerebral trauma, vessel's system of a brain. Methods, equipment: general neurological, neurophysiological, (electro-reo-echo encephalograph), ophtalmological (slot-hole lamp, ophtalmoscop), X-ray-examining (radiocirculograph, computer tomograph). The new data on dynamics of a functional condition venous system of a brain are received, its significance in formation leading syndroms is proved. On the basis of inspection the new method for correction venous cerebral discirculation is developed. The publications, reports at professional conferences, congresses, use in neurology, neurosurgery teaching. Deepening of knowledge pathogenetic mechanisms of a brain trauma, reduction of terms of invalidity of the patients, prevention of the remote consequences of a trauma.
