Material - 573 patients with urinary stone desease. The purpose of this work was to study functional conditions of the kidneys of patients before and after rehabilitaton treatment. Every patient underwent routine clinical, radiological, radionuclide, ultrasound examinations. "Renograph-URU", "DRON-1,5", Siemens Sonoline-450, Aloka SSD were used. The new effective complex of rehabilitation was elaborated. Precise indications and contraindication for sending patients after extracorporeal shock-wave lithotripsy at heals resorts have been established. The high economical effectiveness of early rehabilitation has been demonstrated as well. Urology, nephrology, rehabilitation.
