Essay

The thesis is devoted to the questions of diagnostics, estimation of flow, prognosis and possibility of treatment correction of patients with myocardial infarction. In the work is taking analysis of change of some protein systems of organism and their connection with clinical flow and prognosis of myocardial infarction , on these grounds it was developed number of estimation criterious which are usefull diagnosis and differential diagnosis of myocardial infarction. Some of criteriuos, which had a prognostic value, was allowed to distinguish differentiate approaches to the therapy with use of preparations - proteinase inhibitors and antioxidants. It was showed validity of use in practice of clinical criterious of myocardial infarction severity.
