Four scientific papers are submitted which having based on clinical, laboratory, exography, endocrinology methods which ground the need of complex treatment of fetoplacental insufficiency in pregnant. Exept risk factors are established for fetoplacental insufficiency progress in uterus cicatrix patients. All these complex methods will allow to decrease perinatal complication at repeat abdominal delivery.
