Essay

Dynamic and technological researches of the developed automatically operated vibrating machine for lightweight concrete compression were carried out. The synchronic influence of instable conditions of the vibrocompression and inertialess pneumatic finish loader on lightweight concrete products guality was examined. Mathematical patterns of the treated medium and the vibrating machine itself were worked out and analysed. Effective techndogical conditions and the design of automatically operated vibrating machine were suggested. The vibrating table industrial specimen was developed and the control system was automatized.
