Tractor Machine-Building enterprises of Kharkov region. Scientific - metnodological grounding of the recommendations as for improving material resourcer provision system under the structural Ukraine economic transformation. Methods of research: logicfl generalization, system analisys, mathematic statistics, computer aided economic- mathematic methods with corresponding software, logistic approach. Advisability of the material streams in the system relations "consumer - produser- supplier" is grounded; methodological approaches "producer-consumer " and "producer - supplier" in the analysis of industrial enterprise resource supply system, methods of market principles usage under the resources purchase, the particularities of IFG creation and usage of it in the limits of logistic approach are determined. The level of instillation: the work-outs were introduced in open stock association in Kharkiv Tractor Self-propelled Vehicles Plant. Field of application: industrial enterprises.
