Essay

We have investigated 82 patients with myocardium infarction. The purpose of work: to prove expediency of administration of non-hemoglobin carrier of oxygen - Perftoran - in complex therapy myocardium infarction. Methods: clinical, biochemical (blood gases, excretion cathecholamines), functional (daily monitoring ECG, echoCG). It is proved, that Perftoran promoted to decreas zone of myocardial damadge and led to more complete restoration of it's functions. Positive influence Perftoran to on the nearest and long-term results of myocardium infarction treatment due to administration in the first day of disease has been established. The practical recommendations for its application were offered. The results of research work were introduced into practical work and educational process. Field of application - cardiology.
