Maneuvering elastic spacecraft (SC). Synthesis, analysis and optimization on electroconsunption of robust control systems SC. The modern theory of control, research of stability by the direct Lyapunov method, methods of a research of singular pertrubed systems, theory of the electric drive, kinematics and dynamics of SC. Some new laws of SC control are synthesized which do a control system robust and optimum from the point of view of electro consumption. The control algoritms and schemes of a disposition of electromotor- flywheels are installation for elaboration of SC control systems.
