The work being proposed is based on the clinico-laboratory research, it developing the method of treating pus-inflammatory diseases of soft tissues in senile patients using the method of cryoaffect vaporoliquid nitrogen in the complex with the preparations antioxydants Probucol and a-Tocoferol. It improves the effectiveness of wound treatment in old aged and senile patients on the background of the accelerated processes of autooxidation; the usage of these antioxydant preparations gives protective effect from cryodisturbance of vital tissues during the affect of vaporoliquid nitrogen.
