Processes of bending composite and complete section of blanks. Increase of technological parameters of a commercial production of the bent detailses from composite and complete section of blanks. Methods of research are numerical and statistical mathematical modelling, the experiments on laboratory samples and detailses of the full-scale sizes in laboratory conditions and conditions of trial production. The complex of mathematical models both software products of research and applied character is developed. A behaviour of multilayer designs with a porous layer, statistical gear of formation of accuracy of the sizes of the bent detailses are investigated. The recommendation selection technological modes and equipment are developed and are introduced into production. Area of use are the design divisions of the machine-building enterprises and branch scientific-research institutes.
