The spinning-process by the friction tool. Increase of efficiency of obtaining the necks of a relatively small diameter. Methods of the similarity theory and design of experiments, the Monte-Carlo method, the metallografical analysis. Mathematical models connecting macrogeometry of necks and power parameters of process with geometry of the tool and modes of deformation. The technological capabilities are extended, the essential influence of intensity of change of a profile of a worksurface of the tool and direction of rotation of blank is detected. The technology is introduced into production of rollers of conveyors and bottles of fire extinguishers, that has reduced metal consumption and labour input.
