Essay

The thesis describes the clinical experiment which envolved 157 patients with II and III functional classes of stable stenocardia and studied the peculiarities of milimetre waves influencing the physical excursus tolerance, left ventricle diastolic function, lipid metabolism, changes of peroxide lipid oxidation, anti-oxidant protection, tiol-disulfide system in plasma & erythrocyte. The experiment had been based on clinic-functional and laboratory data. It has been found that UFH-therapy used along with the basis treatment improves the functional state of myocardium, acts as a cytoprotector, enhances the reception of nitrates by increasing the cellular amount of sulfide-hydridic group. The same happens to the plasma sulfide-hydride groups count of II functional class patients. The criteria of UFH-therapy efficiency had been worked out. It has been proved that UFH-therapy is an efficient and available mean of physiotherapy with no adverse effects. It is possible to decrease of isosorbide dinitrat e doses, become available and the time strong clinical effect increases
