This thesis devoted for development of method of functional al and restorative treatment using rehabilitative complexes such as biogalvinisation and biophoresis on 763 burn reconvalescents in polyclinics, hospitals and sanatoriums. Positive changes inpathogenesis of the disease were observed after our rehabilitative complexes (reparative process in the scars, regional haemodynamics, immunological reactivity, autonomic nervous sustem, elecrophoretic potential and activity of sodium potassium pumps of erythrocytes and their acidic resistance). Changes in the clinical presentation of the disease (guicker formation of scar, stabilization of autotransplant, restoration offunction of musclo-skeletal sestem, decrease by 25 % in the number of contractures and deformation, reduction by 5-6 months in period of treatment, reduction in volume of reconstructive operation and restoration work ability) were observed. The best possible way of achieving the positive effect is by using biogalvinization and biophoresis at specialised sanatoriums.
