Belyanevych O. Business Contracts and the Means of their Conclusion

Disertation contains a complex analysis of business contracts as a legal institution of busiess law. An in investigation of doctrine of business contracts and the questions of legal regulation of the process of their conclusion in the contemporary conditions of economy are provided. Special attention is dedicated to non-traditional means of coclusion of business contracts in conditions of competition of buyerrs (stock deals, contracts to be concladed on auctions or competotion). Necessity of the adoption of the Law on Business Contracts and making alterations and amendments to the current legislation of Ukraine are substantiated.
