3. the object of research: joint- stock companies; the purpose of research: on the basis of generalization of the theoretical concepts, connected with grounding of business plan of the development of the joint-stock economy form, to study the process of joint-stock development and to establish the directions of the effective functioning, also to develop the scientific applied recommendations as to its realization; methods of research and apparatus: methods of statistical analysis, system and program-goal approach, functional price analysis, theory of game; theoretical and practical results: the stategy of the joint stock development as the basis for the long-term development of their activity and adaptation of the business plan as to existing conditions of environment is motivated, the approaches to the development of the technological strategy on the basis of the joint-stock requirements are being put forward, the business plan algorithm of the functioning of the joint stocks was developed , methodological approach for modelling evaluation of the investment potential was put forward, methodological recommendations as to the applications of the functional-cost analysis in the managing system of the joint stock were put forward, methodological approach for forming distribution strategy of its profit was suggested; the subject and degree of realization: scientific results found its application at the joint -stock company (AVTRAMAT((Kharkiv) and SPO (Promtehenergomash((Kharkiv) are applied during the teaching process at the Economic University at the courses «Enterprise Economy»; the sphere of application : industrial enterprises, teaching process.
