Essay

The conducted reserches are devoted to study the intercardiac hemodynamics, level of coronary reserve and tolerance to a physical load at the patients with AMI after thrombolytic and antyagregation therapy. Is established, that the thrombolytic therapy and aspirin are independent from each other accelerate restoring of systolyc function of left ventricular, and their sharing promotes a diminution of manifestation ischemia both in early period of disease, and on 6 months of observation. The given treatment allows safely to conduct the accelerated program of physical rehabilitation by the patient with AMI.
