Material -236 patients with acute pyilonephritis. The purpose of this work was to improve of effectiveness of treatment of patients with acute pyilonephritis. Every patient underwent routine clinical, radiological, radionuclide, ultrasound and immunological examinations. Aloka 650 were used. Clinic-immunological effectiveness of T-activin and myelopid in patients with different stages of inflammatory process have been established. The schems of administration of T-activin and myelopid were proposed. Advisability of immunorehabilitation in patients with acute pyilonephritis was established. Urology, nephrology, rehabilitation.
