The dissertation is devoted to the questions of the prognosing, prophylactic and treatment of the acute heart failure after repair of Fallo's tetralogy.Predictive signs were elaborated for the determination of the probabilities of appearance and the development of acute heart failure and of the lethal outcomes in the early post-operative period. Cluster analysis of the material on there signs had been carried out.this allowed to prognose heart failure decreased from 29,5% to 7,7% and lethal outcomes-from 13,6% to 6,7%.
