The paper is devoted to the search of new biologically active substances among o-chloro(hydrazino)benzoic, 3,5-dichloro-N-acyl- and phenylanthranilic acids, 6,8-dichloro-2-(R-phenyl)-3,1-benzoxazine-4(H)-ones, 5-nitro-, 5,7-dichloroacridines. For the confirmation of the structure, purity and reactivity element, IR, UV, PMR-, mass-spectral, thermogravimetric and chromatograrhic methods of analysis, ionization constants and theoretical quantum-chemical calculations have been used. The alternative ways of synthesis for N-phenylanthranilic acids have been suggested. The pharmacological screening allowed to reveal the compounds with a high biological activity. 6,9-diamino-2-etoxyacridiniy N-(3'-nitrophenyl)anthranilate possessing a complex biological action was recommended for profound pre-clinical trials.
