The thesis is devoted to surgical treatment of cholelithiasis . The frequency of combined pathology of the esophagogastroduodenal zone is studied. Natural course of cholelithiasis in patients with combined pathology of the esophagogastroduodenal zone is studied in details, diagnostic complexes proposed. Contemporary diagnostic methods revealed pathology of the esophagogastroduodeunal zone in patients with cholelithiasis. Methods of surgical treatment of patient with acute and chronic cholecystitis and postsurgical reabilitation are elaborated. Analysis of results of surgical treatment revealed cousideralle improvement folloixiug combined surgical procedures. The newsurgical strategy provided two-fold decrease of postcholecystectomy syndrome.
