Lakhno I. Application of cryopreserved placental suspension for the treatment of chronic placental insufficiency

The dissertation contains result of experimental and clinical investigations of the cryopreserved placental suspension therapeutical effectiveness in complex and solitary treatment of chronic placental insufficiency. It was investigated by spectrofotometry that deep frozen placental suspension contains considerable quantity of protein and polypeptide hormones, "pregnancy zone proteins", polypeptide growth factors, transport proteins, nucleotides. 92 pregnant women with chronic placental insufficiency were under observation with measuring blood levels of estradiol, progesterone and alfa-fetoprotein, biophysical profile score, characteristics of gestational process and delivery. It has been proved that cryopreserved placental suspension usage in microclysters does increase effectiveness and permits shortening of the therapeutical course and provides low abdominal delivery route, favorable current of delivery and perinatal outcome on 45,4%.
