Bereza I. Economic safety of foreign economic activities of an agro-industrial complex

The object of research is agro-industrial complex of Ukraine as a whole, its separate components at a level of regions, agro-industrial structures on the regional and industrial levels. The purpose of a thesis is the development of the theoretical beginnings and practical recommendations concerning forming and effective applying of a system of the organizational, economical, financial and legal forms and and methods in order to provide the economic safety of foreign economic activities. In the thesis used the methods of systems analysis, scientific abstraction, indexes, groupings, graphic, forecasting, monographic and other methods of the domestic and international statistics. The definition of "economic safety", "the mechanism of safety" obtained more specific; the new base methodical principles of economic safety of foreign economic activities are developed. The functions and purposes of economic safety of foreign economic activities are justified. In the thesis offered the perspective model of the m echanism that provide economic safety of foreign economic activities in agriculture. In the thesis based the new trend of the territorial-geographical diversifications for export products by using the sequentially-iterated method. The using of the methodical principles and approaches, justified in a thesis, for construction of a system of economic safety of foreign economic activities of an agro-industrial complex gives possibility to counteract the destruction of the industrial and export potential of an agriculture and processing industry, and helps to prevent the dangerous occurrences during of export-import transactions. The results of a research are leaded to the stage of the concrete recommendations. The outcomes of a research are recommended for practical use by Ministries and Departments for development of measures to provide the economic safety of foreign economic activities of an agro-industrial complex. Its also can be used in the educational programs of economic faculties at the Universities and C olleges.
