161 patients with acute myocardial infarction are investigated with the purpose of а substantiation of efficiency of application thrombolytic and antioxidant therapy by trimetazidine with the help clinical, tool (electrocardiography) and laboratory researches, including definition of blood viscosity and peroxidation of lipids of erythrocyties membranes. Is established, that the application of thrombolytic agents is necessary in acute stage of myocardial infrction, besides the tissue-type plasminogen activator is more effective, than streptokinase, and also positive influence of trimetazidine on clinical current of disease. Isаrevealed, that under influence system thrombolytic therapy there are significant fluctuations of blood reologic properties. The received data are introduced into practice of establishments of public health services in area cardiology.
