The dissertation is development to the research pf legal development of Jordan. The main stages of formation and development of Jordan constitutionalism are covered. Great attention is paid to the analysis of the Jordan Constitution of 1946 which became the girst contional act since the country had faines sndependence as well as the Constitution of 1952 whach is now in force and is built on the priciples of madern legal state.
