Bojko I. Civil Law of Hermanschyna accoding tj the Code 1743

Dissertation deals with the problem of founding and development of civil law of Hetmanschyna according to the Code of 1743 and relevant case law. Methods: systematic and structural, modeling and forecasting, historical and legal, logical and legal, comparative, method of interpretation of the law. The author pays attention to the civil institutes which were prescribed by the Code and analyses some of the court cases of this historical period on the basis of special literature and monographs. The author draws a conclusion about the high level of development of civil law of Hetmanschyna according to the Code of 1743 for its historical period and renders a scientifically proved recommendations for the use of legislative experience of Hetmanschynafor improving the level of today's civil law of Ukraine.
