Satsuta S. Differentiated intensive respiratory therapy and it influence to an antiinfectious guard of organs of breath at the patients with status asthmaticus.

The researches are executed at 120 patients with I and II stages of the status asthmaticus. The purpose of work consist in increase of efficiency of methods of intensive respiratory therapy at the patients with status asthmaticus, differentiated way of their application, with the account violations of sharp respiratory insufficiency, condition of antiinfection protection and immunity of respiratory system. Were used functional, X-ray and immunological methods of researches. Were investigated a condition of external breath and mechanisms of local protection of respiratory system. Are revealed pathogenesis mechanisms of development of the status asthmaticus and reason of insufficient efficiency of methods of intensive respiratory therapy. The received results allow to increase efficiency of treatment of the patients, to lower mortality. Insufficient influence traditional of intensive respiratory therapy on immunity of respiratory system for the first time is revealed. The technology of treatment of the p atients with status asthmaticus is advanced. The way differentiated of intensive respiratory therapy is introduced into medical and educational process of faculties anesthesiology and intensive therapy of the Crimean and Lugansk state medical universities. The results of researches are expedient for using in branches of intensive therapy, pulmonology, thoracic surgery.
