The processes of cold volumetric punching by combined extrusion. Raise of effectiveness of stamping processes of hollow machine components with a flange. The research methods and equipment are mathematical simulation, experiments in laboratory conditions. Theoretical and practical results are mathematical models and software on automated designing of extrusion technological processes. Novelty - the process of combined extrusion, its force, kinematic conditions, shape changing and formation process of an imperfection is analysed. Degree of introduction - recommendation for account of technological processes for deriving hollow machine components with a flange (there are acts of introduction). A branch of application - design subdivisions of the machine-building enterprises and scientific-research institutes.
