Myasnykov G. Systolic and diastolic left ventricle function status in the early period of myocardial infarction with Q-wave and its prognostic importance

The dissertation is devoted to questions of create prognostic criteria of the development congestive heart failure on the dynamics data of systolic and diastolic left ventricle function in the early period of myocardial infarction. In this work the data of the analysis of intracardiac hemodynamics condition, vegetative status of an heart rhythm per the first 10 days of myocardial infarction with Q-wave and in 1 year follow-up are given which the levels of reduction left ventricle pump function have allowed assess prognostic importance to determine a place restrictive type diastolic dysfunction and progressing dilatation syndrome in the postinfarction period. On the basis of the received data the recommendations for differential therapy of the patients with myocardial infarction are developed depending on systolic and diastolic left ventricle function status. The basic results of this study are introduced into practice of work of the Central military clinical hospital Ukrainian MD and Central clinical hospital of Kiev cardiologic departments
